The Bank of FSM Board of Directors is pleased to announce at our recent Shareholder Meeting that given the Bank’s strong performance for our 2024 year, they declared a dividend in the amount of $2.50 per share, the maximum permitted under our Articles of Incorporation.

The dividend is payable to Shareholders of record as of April 30, 2025 and is to be paid before June 30, 2025. The Bank has provided dividends for many years and we very much appreciate the ongoing support of our Shareholders and are excited to share this great news!
